Topic

  • All topics related to radiology, including photos of radiologists, the daily life of radiologists and the KCR, etc.
    *Simple landscape images and videos featuring people are not allowed.
    *Medical images cannot be submitted.

Format

  • Photo: JPG file related to the topic (maximum file size: 3MB)
  • Video: Video clip related to the topic (duration: 30 seconds to 1 minute)
  • Participants may submit up to 5 photos.

Eligibility

  • All registered participants of KCR 2025
    *Your submission will only be eligible for an award if you have paid your registration fee in full by August 25 (Mon), 2025.

Submission Guidelines

  • 1. Protection of portrait rights
  • Any videos or photos featuring identifiable individuals without their consent may be disqualified and removed from consideration.
  • 2. No unauthorized recording of lectures or presentations
  • Recording, photographing, reproducing or sharing any sessions from academic conferences including KCR 2025 is strictly prohibited.
  • Submissions containing unauthorized footage from sessions will be disqualified.
  • 3. Copyright compliance
  • Please use only original content, copyright-free materials or media for which you have secured the necessary legal usage rights (e.g. background music or images).
  • 4. Prohibition of misconduct
  • Plagiarism or the use of someone else's content is strictly forbidden.
  • Any actions that compromise fair competition may result in disqualification and the cancellation of awards.
  • * Important notes
  • Submitted contents may be used for promotional purposes: by submitting contents, participants are deemed to have agreed to this.
  • All participants are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the above guidelines.

Evaluation Process

  • Step 1. Participant Voting
  • Voting Period: September 25 (Thu) – 27 (Sat)
  • Each participant may vote once, selecting up to three entries.
  • A gift will be awarded to 200 randomly selected participants who take part in the voting.
  • Step 2. Evaluation Committee Review
  • This step will be conducted after the contest concludes, based on the results of the participant voting.

Tax Regulation

  • Depending on the bilateral Tax Convention Agreement with Korea, a tax deduction may be applied to the final payment amount of awards.
